Young Azerbaijani female fencer Zarifa Huseynova has claimed a gold medal at the Etropolski’s Sabre 2022 tournament held in Sofia, Bulgaria.
She secured the medal after defeating Bulgarian Mariela Georgieva 15:11 in the sabre GU17 event.
The tournament brought together 213 athletes from 23 countries.
