On August 1, the servicemen of the State Border Service detained Begleryan Rashid Aramis, citizen of Armenia born in 1962, who violated the state border in the area of Zabukh village of the Lachin district, the State Border Service of Azerbaijan told AZERTAC.
The investigation into the incident is underway.
