The CBC TV channel broadcast the movie “Destroyed Temples of Karabakh: Exposition of Armenian Vandalism.”

Tokyo, 17 January, /AJMEDIA/

Anastasia Lavrina, a Tv presenter and the deputy chairman of the Russian Community of Azerbaijan, is the film’s screenwriter and director. Many temples that were entirely destroyed or “Armenianized” are mentioned in this screenplay. The movie also covers the relocation of Armenians to the South Caucasus and the gradual destruction of Azerbaijani heritage in what was historically Azerbaijan but is now Armenia. In response to AZERTAC’s questions, Anastasia Lavrina stated that the desire to expose the truth about Armenia’s actions in the approximately 30-year-long occupied areas of Azerbaijan was her primary driving force in creating this film. “This movie is yet another powerful blow to the Armenian propaganda machine,” she added. Armenia continued to make efforts throughout the Karabakh conflict to portray it as an interreligious conflict, and after Azerbaijan’s victory in the Patriotic War, Iravan unfairly started to accuse Baku of destroying the Christian cultural heritage in Karabakh while presenting the Caucasian Albanian monuments as “material evidence” of the history of the Armenian people. France, Armenia’s closest ally, supports attempts by the Armenian lobby to preserve Armenian culture but prefers to keep quiet about the damage done during the years of Armenian occupation. As a result, it is imperative to fight for justice and expose the world to the reality of Armenian vandalism. Make it known to the world that under the occupation, not only mosques but also Orthodox and Albanian temples were destroyed. Let the world know that many temples of Albania have been illegally “appropriated” by Armenia. I intend to present this film to a wide audience in different countries of the world.”

Note that in 2021 Anastasia Lavrina presented a screening of the film “War of Armenian Separatists with Temples in Karabakh.” In this movie, it is described how the Russian Orthodox Church’s temple in Azerbaijan’s Khojavend region was totally destroyed while under Armenian control. This widely respected movie was presented in a number of European nations after being translated into multiple languages.
