Rector of Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS) Elmar Gasimov met with Professor Hasan Mandal, Rector of Istanbul Technical University (ITU), on the sidelines of the Global Sustainable Development Congress.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed the development of relations between BHOS and ITU, with a focus on strengthening bilateral partnerships. They also explored opportunities to enhance scientific and academic cooperation between the two institutions.
