The 3rd Summer Camp of Azerbaijani Diaspora Youth “Shusha – 270” kicked off on August 2, Trend’s Karabakh bureau reports.
The meeting ceremony for 116 camp participants representing 52 countries was held in the center of Shusha. Later, the opening ceremony of the Summer Camp took place.
The 3rd Summer Camp of Diaspora Youth is jointly organized by the State Committee on Work with the Diaspora and the Heydar Aliyev Foundation with the partnership of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Azerbaijan, the Youth Foundation, the State Tourism Agency, and the Shusha State Reserve Department.
The project, implemented following the Presidential Decree “On announcing 2022 the ‘Year of Shusha’ in Azerbaijan Republic” dated January 5, 2022, serves for uniting Azerbaijani youth living abroad around a single platform.
The summer camp will last until August 8, 2022.
