Assistant to the First Vice-President of Azerbaijan Ambassador Elchin Amirbayov had a meeting with Mr. Takeo Akiba, Director-General of the National Security Secretariat of Japan and discussed the post-conflict situation and peacebuilding in the South Caucasus and possible contribution by Japan.
