Azerbaijan’s weightlifter Omar Javadov (67kg) has grabbed two silver medals at the 2022 European Junior & U23 Championships in Durres, Albania.
He secured his first silver after lifting 140kg in the snatch event. Javadov earned his second silver medal after lifting a total of 305kg, with a lift of 140kg in the snatch and 165kg in the clean and jerk.
