Organized by the Nizami Ganjavi International Center under the patronage of President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, the 12th Global Baku Forum themed “Rethinking World Order: Turning Challenges into Opportunities” began at the Gulustan Palace in Baku.
President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev addressed the opening ceremony of the Forum.
