A Memorandum of Understanding on the creation of platform of credit bureaus of Turkic states has been signed, as part of the FINTEX SUMMIT 2025 – Finance and Technology Exhibition, jointly organized by the Azerbaijan Banks Association and the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The memorandum of understanding was signed by Elchin Habibov, Director General of the Azerbaijan Credit Bureau; Orkun Deniz, Credit Registration Bureau (KKB) of Türkiye; Ruslan Omarov, Chairman of the Board of Association of Credit Information Providers in Eurasia (ACIPE) and Head of Kazakhstan’s First Credit Bureau; Ravshan Abdulkerimov, Director General of the Credit Information Analytics Center (CIAC) of Uzbekistan and Marlis Duishegulov, General Director of Credit Bureau “ISHENIM” of Kyrgyzstan.
