Japan will implement a set of sanctions against Russia after it ordered troop deployments to two pro-Russian separatist regions in eastern Ukraine, Prime Minister Fumio Kishida said Wednesday.
The measures came as the United States and other European nations also moved to impose sanctions on Russia amid fears it could invade Ukraine.
