Access2Success: new beginning in business for women

Access2Success Project conducted by AccessBank with support of its main shareholder – Asian Development Bank and developed for women entrepreneurs has been finished successfully.

50 candidates participated in the Project dedicated to the improvement of women who make their first steps in entrepreneurship. Participants represented such spheres as consulting, tourism, education, health, eco-products, decoration, clothes and accessories.

In 5 weeks’ Access2Success Project women entrepreneurs had trainings on strategic development of business, crisis management, reporting to state authorities, sales, marketing, e-commerce, staff management and business control. Trainings were conducted by one of the most up in experts in the country.

On the last days of the training, the participants gave presentations on how to apply the theoretical knowledge they gained in business management. The Management of AccessBank and mentors of the program joined the final event and wished all participants success in their businesses.

This is the second time that AccessBank, a leader in mikrofinancing of small and medium-sized businesses in Azerbaijan, has been conducting a training program on improvement of competitive business environment for women entrepreneurs. The aim of the Bank is to support women who are engaged in micro-, small and medium-sized business and so, to support the improvement of business environment in Azerbaijan.
