The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has sent a letter to President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev regarding the 29th Conference of the Parties (COP29) to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, announced Eugene Zhukov, Director General of the Central and West Asia Regional Department of ADB, during a briefing.
Zhukov mentioned that ADB expressed its readiness to provide assistance to Azerbaijan for the successful organization of COP29.
