President of Azerbaijan Republic Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on the establishment and operation of a ‘Rehabilitation, construction and management service in the Karabakh economic region’ public legal entity, AJMEDIA reports.
By another decree, the establishment and operation of “Service for restoration, construction and management in the Eastern Zangazur economic region No. 1” public legal entity is to be provided for.
