Azerbaijani Deputy Defense Minister, Chief of the Main Department of Logistics, Lieutenant General Nizam Osmanov left for Moscow on December 6 to participate in the 14th meeting of the Azerbaijan-Russia intergovernmental commission for military-technical cooperation, AJMEDIA reports referring to the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense.
