An Azerbaijani delegation led by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Khalaf Khalafov has visited a monument to National Leader Heydar Aliyev in Tbilisi, Georgia.
Khalaf Khalafov paid tribute to Great Leader Heydar Aliyev, and laid flowers at the monument.
He also visited the Heroes Square to pay tribute to those who died for the territorial integrity of Georgia.
Khalaf Khalafov was accompanied by Azerbaijan’s Ambassador to the country Faig Guliyev and Georgian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Zurab Pataradze.
As part of the trip, Deputy FM Khalaf Khalafov will take part in the next round of political discussions between the two countries.
