A Memorandum of Understanding was concluded between the Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS) of SOCAR and Atyrau University of Oil and Gas (Kazakhstan).
The document was signed by Rector of Baku Higher Oil School Elmar Gasimov and Rector of Atyrau University of Oil and Gas Gulzada Shakulikova.
The signing ceremony took place within the framework of a round table dedicated to “Expanding cooperation in higher education between Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan.”
The event was attended by Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sayasat Nurbek, Minister of Science and Education of Azerbaijan Emin Amrullayev, as well as the rectors of leading universities of both countries.
The Memorandum aims to further expand cooperation between Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan in the field of science and education.
