Chief Executive Officer of the LUKOIL, Russian Public Joint Stock Company, Vadim Vorobyov has sent a congratulatory letter to President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on his confident victory in the presidential election, AJMEDIA reports.
