Chairman of the Board of Small and Medium Business Development Agency of Azerbaijan (KOBIA) Orkhan Mammadov has met with international lead expert of the “South Caucasus Regional Agro-Food Value-Chain Assessment” project of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) Steve Allen.
During the meeting, the sides emphasized that agricultural and food sectors play a crucial role in the value chain of the country`s economy, and are also important sectors in terms of the activity of the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
The sides also discussed the support and services provided by the Agency to SMEs in agricultural and food sectors, as well as prospects for cooperation within the framework of the relevant project.
