On June 23, the First Deputy Minister of Defense – Chief of the General Staff of the Azerbaijan Army, Colonel General Karim Valiyev, left for Moscow to participate in the next meeting of the Council of Defense Ministers of the member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States, AJMEDIA reports citing Azerbaijani Defense Ministry.
