The meeting between Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov and Spanish Foreign Minister José Manuel Albarez has begun, AJMEDIA reports citing the Azerbaijani ministry’s official Twitter post.
The meeting is being held in Madrid as part of Jeyhun Bayramov’s visit to Spain.
