The State Tax Service (STS) under the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan has registered the NovoCapital CJSC investment company, AJMEDIA reports.
The authorized capital of the company is 300,000 manat ($176,470), and its official representative is Hamdulla Azizov.
NovoCapital’s legal address: 103 Mir Jalal str., Binagadi district, Baku city.
As of now, the Central Bank of Azerbaijan has issued licenses to 12 investment companies:
– PASHA Capital Investment Company CJSC,
– ABB-Invest Investment Company CJSC,
– Unicapital Investment Company OJSC,
– CPM-Invest Investment Company CJSC,
– AzFinance Investment Company CJSC,
