“As for the city of Baku and the territories around it, let me say again that the adoption of a new state program is necessary,” President Ilham Aliyev said during a meeting dedicated to transportation issues.
“This will be a very large program, a program with a large financial capacity. It will be a program that requires joint activity and efficient work of all relevant agencies,” he added.
