President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has met with President of the Republic of Bulgaria Rumen Radev in the format of a video conference.
The reason for holding the meeting in the format of a video conference is that the members of the Bulgaria’s delegation tested positive for COVID-19.
