Russia’s new special representative for normalizing Azerbaijan-Armenia relations Igor Khovaev will visit Baku in the near future, Russia’s Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said during a weekly briefing, AJMEDIA reports.
According to her, helping the Azerbaijani and Armenian partners in the preparation of a peace agreement is among his main tasks.
