Rovshan Najaf, President of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR), met with Zsolt Hernádi, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the “MOL Hungarian Oil and Gas,” on the sidelines of the event held on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the signing of the “Contract of the Century”.
The parties signed a Memorandum of Understanding “On exploration, development and production sharing in the Shamakhi-Gobustan area,” which envisages cooperation towards further increasing Azerbaijan’s hydrocarbon production.
