The UFC Fight Night has begun in Baku.
The tournament, held at Baku Crystal Hall, opened with a heavyweight bout between Hamdi Abdelwahab (Egypt) and Mohammed Usman (Nigeria).
The intense and thrilling fight concluded with a victory for the Nigerian fighter.
The main card fights are set to start at 11:00 PM. The headline bout will feature former UFC light heavyweight champion Jamahal Hill against former title contender Khalil Rountree. The co-main event will see Azerbaijan’s representative Rafael Fiziev face Chile’s Ignacio Bahamondes in the lightweight division.
Additionally, Azerbaijani fighters Nazim Sadykhov and Tofik Musayev will also step into the octagon, facing Brazil’s Nikolas Motta and Kyrgyzstan’s Myktybek Orolbai, respectively.
