Presidents of Turkey and France Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Emmanuel Macron held a telephone conversation, AJMEDIA reports citing Turkish media.
During a telephone conversation the parties discussed regional issues, in particular the events in Ukraine.
Erdogan said that Turkey is making every effort to resolve the crisis in Ukraine diplomatically.
Turkish leader pointed to the need to support the negotiation process between Moscow and Kyiv.
