President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan called the meeting of Russian and Ukrainian foreign ministers a good step in terms of diplomacy, AJMEDIA reports.
“We will make efforts to reach an agreement on a permanent ceasefire in Ukraine,” he stated.
