Azerbaijani ambassador to Egypt Elkhan Polukhov has visited the Faculty of Oriental Studies of Baku State University (BSU).
During the meeting, Aydan Khandan, the dean of the faculty of Oriental Studies, informed Polukhov about the changes and personnel trainings carried out recently at the Faculty and highlighted the need to establish ties with Arab countries.
Ambassador Polukhov stressed the importance of educational ties between Azerbaijan and Egypt.
The meeting also discussed integration of the Faculty of Oriental Studies with the Egyptian universities, as well as conducting of joint research works, seminars and master classes and exchange of experience in Arab language teaching.
