Rector Ramazan Cüneyt Erenoğlu and Professor Vedat Çalışkan from Turkey’s Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University (ÇOMU) paid a visit to the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University (ASPU), where they met with Rector Jafar Jafarov and other representatives of the university. During the meeting, both parties shared insights into the history, structure, and educational offerings of their respective institutions. They expressed mutual interest in enhancing collaboration between the two universities, including exchanging experiences and participating in international programs and projects. Additionally, discussions were held regarding potential cooperation in establishing a dual diploma program. Subsequently, a cooperation agreement was signed between the two institutions.
