Azerbaijan’s Baku State University (BSU) and Atyrau State University named after Kh. Dosmukhamedov of Kazakhstan have signed a memorandum of understanding.
The document was inked by Rector of BSU Elchin Babayev and Rector of Atyrau State University Idrissov Salamat Nurmukhanovich.
The memorandum provides for the exchange of bachelors, masters, researchers, as well as academic staff.
Established in 1950, Atyrau State University is one of the higher educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan with its unique history and rich experience in the education system that trains competitive specialists of international level.
